Delivery Policy – Refund Policy

• Order received after Saturday 3:00 pm will be processed the following working day.
• Orders placed on Sunday will ship on the next working day which is Monday. We provide a flat rate shipping & handling charge of 199 PKR Only
• Customize Jewellery will take 1 to 2 days for making then it would dispatch.

Should you encounter a Issue or a mistake in your order, please phone or WhatsApp our Customer Service Department immediately

We request you to call or WhatsApp our Customer Service Phone number on before returning the product. Please have your order number available so we can issue you a Return Authorization to make sure your account is correctly refund or your trade request is issued.

Refund Policy

Shipping price for any returns and trade won’t be reimbursed. When there is a shipping error or merchandise damage we’ll offer a return shipping label.

It’s implied that you ask for a shipping confirmation receipt when you return a product.

Returns Are Accepted

If you don’t like product you can return through any courier service. We will return your payment which you paid for products. Shipping charges will be deduct.
